We have been in Grand Ledge for over 7 years and have been in our current location for 5 years. Absolute Fitness is a very friendly, non-intimidating place to work out. We offer a variety of instructed aerobic, strength, and mind body classes. Pilates and yoga exercises are used to focus on the core areas of the body.
